The Divisional Court hands down judgnent in the case of Wood and McGillicuddy v. D. P. P. [2005] EWHC 2986 (when time starts to run for service of a defence statement, effect of defective defence statement on prosecution's duty to disclose, disclosore of material relating to type-approved devices, what constitues a third party for the purposes of prosecution disclosure), in which Diane Chanteau appeared for the Crown.
