Joe specialises in both crime and immigration.

He undertakes prosecution and defence work and has experience in the Youth, Magistrates and Crown Courts. In the Crown Court, he has dealt with cases involving serious assaults, burglary, false imprisonment and a range of immigration offences. He is also regularly instructed in cases which involve special measures.

He also undertakes all aspects of immigration work including asylum, bail, applications for habeas corpus and entry clearance matters. Joe has been instructed to appear in cases before Adjudicators, the Immigration Appeal Tribunal, the Administrative Court and the Court of Appeal.

In addition, Joe also undertakes civil work. He has been instructed to represent both claimants and defendants in a wide range of civil disputes. He has also represented clients in the Employment Tribunal.

Outside of the law, Joe has hardly any life but does enjoy chess, walking and fishing.
