55 Temple Chambers
Chambers of Christiaan Moll

We are a modern and forward-looking set of barristers' chambers, located in the City of London. Established in 1992, we pride ourselves on our friendly and relatively informal, yet professional and client-focussed approach to our work. We practise general common law, and, in the great tradition of the English common law Bar, have experience and understanding in a broad range of diverse areas.

In spite of our breadth, however, we do not lack depth. We have particular expertise in crime, immigration and civil common law work, although some members of chambers also practise in areas such as family and employment. Furthermore, unlike some sets that specialise exclusively in one narrow area of law, our breadth of practice means that we are ideally suited to work on those cases that involve more than one distinct such area, such as crimes relating to immigration, or civil cases involving allegations of criminal conduct. Members of chambers are regularly instructed in such cases.

We are L. S. C. Quality Mark accredited, and can provide advice and representation at short notice (even on Saturdays), and in cases of all levels. Members of chambers are available who speak Dutch, French, Hindi, Italian, Punjabi and Spanish. Some members of chambers accept conditional fee instructions, and we can return written work in electronic formats where that is convenient to our clients. Our clerks will be happy to provide more information about these, or any other aspects of our services.
