Frans Khan's main area of practice is immigration law, including nationality, asylum and judicial review.

He also practises in family law, criminal defence, general common law, contract, negligence, employment, race discrimination, E. U. law and intellectual property.

Since entering practice, Frans has dealt with a wide range of matters, including blackmail, wounding, child abduction, passing off and internal disciplinary hearings. He has handled well over a thousand asylum cases at all levels up to the Court of Appeal.
